AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

After a long day at school, there’s nothing better than giving your child the chance to stay active, healthy, and proud of a full, productive day. Our after-school program combines high performance fitness classes and water sports on beautiful Lake Ivanhoe. Kids will be challenged physically, build endurance, and have a blast while learning new skills and developing strong work habits. It’s the perfect way to wrap up the school day with purpose, movement, and fun — all in one unique and unforgettable experience. At this moment transportation is not available but we are thriving for it to change in the new year as the program grows.

  • LEAD Fit runs Monday - Friday 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm based on age and skill.

  • Water Sports runs Wednesday - Friday - 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm

WATER SPORTS

LEAD is proud to partner with Florida Ski School, the largest watersports academy in the state, known for creating unforgettable experiences with a fleet of 7 boats and 7 full-time captains. Together, we now offer top-tier water skiing classes as part of our exciting after-school program for kids of all ages. Whether your child is a beginner or looking to sharpen their skills, they’ll learn from the best in a safe, fun, and dynamic environment on beautiful Lake Ivanhoe. These water skiing experiences are also available to the public outside of after-school hours and on weekends, making it the perfect activity for families, groups, or individuals looking to make a splash!

  • Wed. & Thur. 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm

  • Orlando Ski Team Practices and one on one training is Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday from 10 am - 6 pm.

  • Fun Friday is open to everyone with tubing, knee boarding and kayaking.

GROUP LESSONS

LEAD group lessons are designed to keep kids active while developing well-rounded athletic skills that complement popular sports such as soccer, football, tennis, BMX, volleyball, water skiing, and many more. The program includes a variety of classes tailored to different age groups, each focusing on key areas of athleticism like strength, agility, balance, and coordination. In addition to these group sessions, we also offer specialized yoga classes to enhance flexibility and focus, as well as volleyball lessons for athletes looking to sharpen their game.

  • Monday - Friday 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

KIDS FITNESS

LEAD fitness classes are specially designed for active kids, especially those involved in sports. Our program focuses on building endurance, strength, and agility while developing strong work ethic and leadership skills. Whether your child plays soccer, football, BMX, tennis, water skis, or volleyball, LEAD provides targeted training to enhance athletic performance and overall stamina. It’s the perfect way for young athletes to level up their game while gaining valuable life skills in a fun, challenging environment.

  • Mon. - Thur. youth athlete training for ages 5-18. Schedule is different for every age and skill group.

  • Mon. - Thur. Teen athlete training.

  • Mon. - Thur. Youth group training.

  • Fun Fridays is open to everyone.

PRIVATES & SKI COMPETITION TEAM

Private lessons in both the fitness program and ski school are designed to help young athletes excel by giving them personalized coaching that accelerates skill development and progression.

In addition, we are excited to announce the launch of the Orlando Ski Team. Throughout October and November, students will have the opportunity to audition for this elite team, which will compete in state and national races. The team program will work hand-in-hand with the LEAD fitness program to build strong, disciplined, and well-rounded athletes—laying the foundation for the strongest and most successful winning team.

FRIDAY FUN

As part of our program, Fridays are all about fun! We’ve designed this special day to give kids the chance to relax, enjoy themselves, and celebrate the end of the week together. Our water program includes exciting activities like group tubing and knee boarding, and kayaking, while the fitness side features playful challenges such as relay races, obstacle course challenge, tug-of-war, team tic-tac-toe, sharks and minnows and rope pulling. To wrap up a successful week, everyone gathers for pizza by the lake—a perfect way to end the day with laughter, teamwork, and great memories.
