Cisco Perez began working with LEAD’s founder, Katerina Vadimovna, when she hired him to be her son Depler’s personal coach, training him 2–3 times per week to advance his BMX career. Starting when Depler was just 7 years old, Cisco developed a specialized program that helped him progress to the top level of the BMX world. Since then, Depler has gone on to win 3 state championships and achieve a #7 national ranking. When Katerina approached Cisco about expanding this training model into a program for the community, he couldn’t resist—and together they created LEAD, a program dedicated to developing leaders, athletes, champions, and hardworking kids with strong values and work ethics.

Cisco Perez is a certified personal trainer and performance coach with multiple certifications through ISSA, including strength and conditioning and holds a Florida State Massage Licence. His passion for fitness started on the football field, where he played in high school, junior college, and at the semi-pro level. Those years of competitive sports shaped his understanding of what it takes to build strength, balance, coordination, and discipline in young athletes. Today, Cisco brings that same experience and knowledge into his youth training programs, helping adolescents develop a strong athletic foundation, improve performance, and grow in confidence both on and off the field. His mission is to provide a safe, structured, and motivating environment where kids can build not only physical skills but also life skills that carry over into school, sports, and beyond.
